While many self proclaimed foreclosure and short sale specialist lobby the masses, we teach through example. We teach our clients how to find, and close real-world transactions. We also keep our clients up on the latest, most effective and profitable techniques available. 

Although we advocate hands on training, there are many excellent books, and other publications, printed and online, that give good instruction on  how to prosper in real estate investing. Through all of the material we have reviewed, we recommend two books: "The Science of Getting Rich", by Wallace D. Wattles; and "How to Finance Any Real Estate - Any Place, Any Time", by James A. Misko.
